Work

Three things we build.

Lead replies, booking sync, review asks — for plumbers, electricians, roofers, and anyone else on the tools. Wired to how you already take work — not another app to babysit.

Lead replies

Missed call. Automatic text.

Someone rings while you are on the tools. They get a reply in seconds: you saw the call, ask for the job and postcode, promise a ring-back.

The punter knows you exist. The job does not slide to the next van while your phone sits in the van cup holder.

Booking sync

Diary on the phone. Board in the office.

Jobs land in Google Calendar so the phone, the tablet, and whoever answers the office line see the same slots.

No double-books. No “I thought you had Thursday.” Syncs with the calendar you already use.

Review generator

Job done. Review asked.

After the work, a short message asking for the Google review. You will not remember to send it at half-seven with muddy boots on.

The system will. More reviews, less chasing.

How it works

Three steps. Then you get on with it.

  1. Step 1

We ask how you take work

What rings, who answers, where the jobs go. One conversation. No forty-slide deck.

  2. Step 2

    We build the automation

Replies, calendar, review ask. Wired to your number and your diary. A few days after we talk.

  3. Step 3

    You keep working

The kit runs in the background. You stay on the tools. We tweak if something feels off.

What trades say about setups like this.

Dave M. Plumber — Gloucester

Priya S. Electrician — Cheltenham

Mark T. Roofer — Stroud

FAQ

Straight answers.

Usually no. We can use your existing number with forwarding or VoIP. Exact setup depends on your phone and network — we sort the detail on a call.
A few days after the first conversation, in most cases. Depends on calendar access and how you take calls today.
Yes, it can. WhatsApp needs a Meta / business number setup. We cover that on the call if you want it.
Fine. We plug into Google Calendar where we can, or work around what you already run. We do not force you onto a new diary.
No lock-in. Cancel anytime. If it is not earning its keep, stop it.
